You never know what can happen when you are working on 100 year old storm windows etc. Its basically 2 paragraphs absolving myself and my company from things such as ripped screens,paint chipping on sills, fabricating debris, blown argon seals, missing mouldings, rotted wood, etc. Its better safe than sorry. Excellent post, by the way :) Another waiver I use is a Pre-existing condition waiver. You never know what can happen when you are working on 100 year old storm windows etc.

I actually refer jobs to my main competitors ( just outside my main service area) and they do the same for me. Collaboration, rather than competition is the healthiest move you can make for your business. Cutthroat competition is counterproductive, ESPECIALLY in the window cleaning world.
