We have the only flawless fabricating debris resurfacing system. It’s best to do
this BEFORE the glass is scraped but even completely scratched glass can be restored
to new. No distortion, No swirls, No haze, even with direct sun or overhead
lighting. We are the only company that not only claims this but proves it over and
over. All others leave noticeable haze and swirls from the inability to completely
re-polish the glass.

Another waiver I use is a Pre-existing condition waiver. You never know what can happen when you are working on 100 year old storm windows etc.
Its basically 2 paragraphs absolving myself and my company from things such as ripped screens, paint chipping on sills, fabricating debris, blown argon seals, missing mouldings, rotted wood, etc.
Its better safe than sorry.
Excellent post, by the way
